Mathematics Teacher (Full-Time) - Hornchurch, January 2025 We are assisting a highly-regarded school in Hornchurch with the recruitment of a dedicated and dynamic Mathematics Teacher. Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to a range of student abilities and year groups. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire students and promote a love of learning. Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure all students reach their potential. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active student participation. Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics department and contribute to curriculum development. Support students with extracurricular activities, including academic clubs and competitions. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of student progress and addressing any concerns. Requirements: A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (QTS is highly desirable). Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level, with knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to student success.
