About The Job
As the Events Assistant at Unipart, you will support the Events Manager in planning, organising, and executing our core, flagship events. You will assist in the delivery of events and help to ensure that all event objectives are met. In some cases, you will also take ownership of some events, including the planning and preparation.
As Part Of Your Key Responsibilities Youll
1. Support on strategy and execution of flagship events and associations
2. Support the planning, organising, and execution of Unipart's core flagship events, in-line with the in-year Marketing budget such as: expos, internal and external conferences, webinars, dinners, awards, memberships and other types of events, also taking ownership of the complete planning process for some events.
3. Assist with the event organisation of Group external comms such as Unipart owned events and roundtables
4. Coordinate with marketing leads to ensure events are organised in good time and our presence is optimal
5. Events process management
6. Work to ensure all events are listed in the Events Tracker in Monday.com
7. Assist with event set up and RoI tracking in HubSpot
8. Support event planning by researching potential events, spaces, and logistics, and collaborate with the event manager to optimise Unipart's event representation
9. Assist with devising and implementing event plans and concepts
10. Events stakeholder relations
11. Support handling logistics with internal and external parties in relation to such as transportation, equipment orders, and co-ordination of employees, including travel and hotel booking if necessary.
12. Assist with managing branding and communication
13. Event measurement & effectiveness
14. Assist with management of the event feedback surveys
15. Work with the wider Marketing Team on projects to improve processes, incorporating Hubspot Support event reporting and ROI
About You

2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. Good IT skills with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, organised and detail-oriented. We are looking for a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
4. Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced working environment with excellent organisational skills
5. Focused on accuracy with good attention to detail
6. Driving licence and willingness to travel to various locations as required by the event schedule
7. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
8. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
