To further strengthen Cognite's impact we are looking to hire a seasoned Account Executive who thrives enabling large organizations C-level management creating greater impact through technology. Together, we will make vast quantities of data easily available for customers to use and innovate at scale quickly, to increase production, improve financial performance, and achieve sustainability goals.
As our Senior Account Executive, your key responsibilities will be:
* Qualifying and closing existing in-flight deals
* Working closely with our partner Schlumberger (SLB) to originate new prospects and develop identified leads in Upstream/Midstream/Downstream
* Developing direct relationships with key stakeholders in Digital, IT, Business etc, including C-suite relationships in assigned priority accounts
* Leading qualified opportunities coordinating with SLB, internal Tech Sales, Services, Product Management, Dealdesk, Executives etc.
* Building and executing influential account and opportunity pursuit and close plans
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining accurate forecasts
* Maintaining detailed account and closing plans
We believe most of these should match your experience:
* 5+ years of experience and a demonstrable track record in selling technology solutions within the Oil & Gas industry
* Track record of selling complex enterprise deals
* Proven experience of selling at C-Level both in business and IT
* Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in AI / ML and OT
* Experience of selling together with channel partners
