If you are dedicated, patient, and committed to helping children excel academically, this could be the ideal opportunity for you Responsibilities: As an Academic Support Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group academic support for students in a mainstream primary school setting. Assist with classroom management and help create a positive learning environment. Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Help students with special educational needs or learning challenges to achieve their academic goals. Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Requirements: As an Academic Support Assistant, you will need: Previous experience working in a primary school or with children (preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with students, teachers, and parents. A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting students.
