As a Senior Housing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a customer focused Housing Management service, in line with regulatory standards and performance targets. You will complete ASB case audits within the neighbourhood team and have a clear understanding of all safeguarding policies and procedures. The role will also involve assisting with budget setting and Service Charge reviews, and monitoring and managing social impact in the neighbourhood teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
* Significant experience within a Neighbourhood role is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Experience in delivering high-quality front-line customer-facing housing.
* Evidence of working flexibly and adapting to change.
* Experience of working in partnership with other agencies.
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines.
* Experience of effective and positive team working.
* Excellent numeracy, ICT and literacy skills, able to analyse data and write reports.
* Self-motivated and able to use own initiative to find solutions.
* Excellent customer service skills and understanding of customer focus.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
