Job Description
We are Guenther Bakeries Europe, a division of CH Guenther & Son Inc., a leading international food manufacturing group supplying high quality bakery and grain-based products to leading quick-service restaurants and food retailers. We are now seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in Lyons Park Coventry.
Core Purpose
To process Customer orders, complete despatch schedules, complete Export documentation for shipments and stock control.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Customer orders:
1. Print off customer orders from E-Mail.
2. Enter Customer Order information into SAP.
3. Produce order delivery notes from SAP.
4. File Customer orders and signed delivery notes.
Dispatch Scheduling:
1. Raise each day's dispatch sheets from the Customer Orders.
2. Raise release orders for dispatch from outside storage.
3. Request transport for all dispatches.
Export:
1. Request all Export documentation for each Export shipment.
2. Liaise with inspection and shipping agents.
3. Arrange and co-ordinate production and collection dates.
Stock Control:
1. Enter production and sales into spreadsheets.
2. Report daily frozen stock levels.
Basic compliance to departmental and business policies:
1. Ensure work area is kept clean and tidy in line with CAYG policy.
2. Ensure PPE and H & S company policies are adhered to.
3. Provide general support and assistance to other team members.
4. Maintain a high level of internal and external customer communication and co-operation.
5. Every member of staff is expected to show respect to their colleagues and understand and adhere to Guenther Bakeries values; they are also expected to support all the teams with which they have contact in achieving Guenther Bakeries objectives.
