About the role
The Digital & Technology division of Property Management is looking for a passionate, accomplished and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to own and lead the execution of the strategic roadmap for a suite of products and initiatives supporting delivery of CBRE's Property Management business priorities in the EMEA region.
The Senior Product Manager will be a guiding force in the rollout of Property Management products over the different teams and countries across EMEA and gathering local requirements for those. Consolidating the EMEA requirements and coordinating its development plan with the development roadmap and aligning it with the rest of the global core enablement platform products will be key. The person must have a passion for developing technical solutions that blend seamlessly with customers' workflows and provide the right information at the right time. The individual must possess technical expertise, product owner and project management experience and a strong knowledge of the engineering, agile software development and support processes. The individual should excel at managing different levels of stakeholders and their expectations.
This position is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams, including Property Management and Management Accounting, Data Analytics, User Experience, Engineering and Business Transformation teams. In addition to internal constituents, you may also work with customers and vendor partners to understand the market requirements and support vendor partner integrations, so excellent communication (written and verbal) and a passion for creating customer centric, good user experience is vital.
The individual must be highly entrepreneurial and a strategic thinker who can solve today issues as well as build processes for growth, with demonstrable experience delivering enterprise level technology centric products. You will need to be hands-on and work closely with all levels in the company, including senior management.
The primary focus of this role is on EMEA products, with additional responsibilities for supporting select global markets.
This is a temporary position for an 8-month contract, covering a career break leave.

What you will be doing:
* Work closely with designers, engineers, vendor partners and CBRE Property Management business professionals in a collaborative environment to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a suite of products and initiatives supporting delivery of CBRE's Property Management business priorities in the EMEA region, in alignment with business goals.
* Support the rollout of vendor-managed products in both EMEA and select global markets, in collaboration with local business teams.
* Serve as the "voice" of the customer on critical, complex products translating customer needs to the Agile team by properly codifying intent, sizing work efforts, prioritizing needs, and summarizing issues.
* Facilitate discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation; contribute to roadblocks resolution and decision making.
* Drive adoption, support Business Transformation Teams in the coordination of training, onboarding of the different teams and communication.
* Serve as the customer representative in planning and requirements definition.
* Monitor the status of developments, conduct business level verification, market testing and supporting of new features.
* Provide regular updates and manage executive stakeholder communication and reporting.
* Be a go-to person and strategic leader for the product within the company.
* Oversee the end to end product delivery process.
* Contribute to the wider Property Management product strategy, roadmap creation and priorities.
* Support the definition of business cases for new product developments and/or initiatives.
What you need to succeed:
* Minimum bachelor's degree qualification, with strong quantitative background (or equivalent).
* 5-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in Agile/SCRUM environment and in delivering successful products in a fast-paced setting.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Senior Product Manager owning product strategy and product performance.
* In-depth knowledge of the commercial real-estate industry - essential.
* Experience influencing teams in a global, cross-functional environment and building rapport with all levels of the organization.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
* Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
* Skilled at prioritizing conflicting demands, synthesizing requirements from a diverse group of end-users, and setting expectations to a broad group of internal clients.
* A strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
