The role As an Aptitude Testing Invigilator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible and accountable for the correct and efficient delivery of Aptitude Testing Invigilation/Assistant tasks. Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities: Briefing candidates prior to aptitude testing in accordance with the Aptitude Administration Guide. Familiarise yourself and adhere to the Aptitude Administration Guide and to be able to set up test sessions where required. Ensure test room is clean and prepared for testing and safe custody of test material. Familiarise yourself with current and past testing policy and with the test in order to answer any queries that may arise. Report suspected breach or collusion and any hardware or software faults. This role is part time and based onsite at RAF Cranwell.
