Our client has an exciting clinical and potential ownership opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 years’ UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience to take on a Lead Clinical role. You will have experience working in a sole-charge environment, enjoy clinical freedom and you are comfortable with most surgery.

Responsibilities
1. As qualified MRCVS, you possess comprehensive experience in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination, surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team.
2. As well as your day-to-day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will play a key role in leading and managing the team.
3. You will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice client base, ensuring high standards of care are always delivered.
