As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great customer service on reception, within the hotel. Alongside the Reception Manager and the Reception Team Leaders you will be a key part of the smooth running of the reception area supporting guiding the guests around the hotel and moving luggage to rooms.
