Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 24/7 care for young people facing a variety of challenges
* Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe and nurturing environment
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Support young people with daily activities and challenges
* Complete sleep-in shifts and waking night shifts when required
What We’re Looking For:
* Availability to work a 24/7 rota
* Good communication and listening skills
* Willingness to complete sleep-in shifts and waking night shifts
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Team player with a passion for helping others
* Driving license (required)
* Ideally, NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (training provided if not)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £30,000.00 - £31,500.00 per yearSleep-in Shifts: £60.00 per nightWaking Night Shifts: £15.00 per hourBonus: Loyalty bonus, signing bonus, and overtime pay for hours worked above contract

Job Requirements:
* Minimum 40 hours per week
* Flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts, including day shift, night shift, and weekends
* Sleepovers paid while on holiday (based on average sleeps from the previous 52 weeks)
