Support Worker, Learning Disability Services

We are opening a new supported living service in Battle and want dedicated people to join us. Your role will involve working alongside adults with a learning disability to help them to realise their potential, live life to the full, build independence skills and live their best life. The role is varied, and no two days will be the same. As a Support Worker, you can make a real difference to a person’s life by attending to the small and personal details that really matter.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have a positive attitude towards the rights of people with learning disabilities
* Have communication and organisational skills
* Are self-motivated
* Are committed to providing excellent support
* Are willing to undertake training required to complete the job role
* Have an ethos of working together
