Location: Duffield (Must be living in the UK)
Position: Home Manager / Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £56,700 per year (based on 40 hours)
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day running of all aspects of the home.
2. Build and manage a motivated team to deliver quality care.
3. Financial management and compliance of the home.
4. Driving occupancy in the home.
5. Implementing policies and procedures.
6. Manage recruitment and training of the team; ensuring training targets are met.
7. Manage rotas and ensure correct team member levels and skill mix.
8. Lead, support, empower and inspire direct reports.
9. Ensure alignment with the company's visions and values.
10. Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
11. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
12. Meet all regulatory and statutory requirements and adhere to company policies.
13. Action any requirements from internal and external audits within required timescales.
Experience Required:
1. Nurse qualified, with live NMC Pin.
2. A minimum of 2 years proven management experience in a 50+ bed nursing home for the Elderly.
3. NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
4. Established leadership skills.
5. Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
6. Strong commercial awareness with P&L accountability.
7. Satisfactory DBS Check and employment references.
