Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on stunning schemes across the region? Our client is a 5* developer looking for a New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator to cover sites across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk!
This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high-quality environment! You will be working on a high volume development, delivering their premium product.
On offer is a basic salary of £32,000 with a realistic OTE of £60,000 and paid door to door mileage. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your days off and work Monday - Friday when covering for the Sales Manager.
You will have proven new homes sales experience, a proven track record in leading a team, sales drive and be self-motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!
For this role, duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting customers on site
* Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
* Taking customers on viewings
* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
