The organisation is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager Foodservice in the UK to contribute to its Food Service commercial strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop Sales pipeline for Food Service: identify and on-board key accounts that have the best strategic fit with SWAP
* Drive revenue by developing new business opportunities across B2B channels (Distributors, Commercial & collective catering…)
* Lead the commercial process (prospection, selling story, negotiation, closing, services, …) under corporate policy defined by HQ
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
* Define and deliver annual budget for the scope of the job integrating new customer acquisitions and existing customer activations.
* Create monthly report identifying prospecting progress and results versus annual budget.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies accordingly.
* Business intelligence: work with the marketing manager and with customer
* feedback to analyse sales and market data and activate the appropriate commercial decisions.
Profile required :
- Master’s degree
- Experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Manager in the foodservice/HORECA industry, preferably in a similar, disruptor food brand, with a track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Hands on, results-oriented, rigorous, and willing to exceed targets
- Strong resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organization, ability to manage long-term vision and operational excellence.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Team player, Open-minded, able to work easily with different cultures.
- Business partner able to work hand in hand with other company functions.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time
