As a Consortium Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting Flexibly & Consortium price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients. Build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations. Manage the central coordination of the consortiums as well as updating the relevant system with flexible supply contract details.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling tendering, negotiation, validation, and acceptance of supply agreements for clients, including offer assessment, entry, negotiation, and feedback on tenders for Flex and Consortium customers.
2. Coordinating consortium site lists and trade shapes for allocated portfolios, updating key data in Sustainable Energy First systems.
3. Managing site lists for Flexible supply contract tenders.
4. Validating consortium rates and ensuring accurate data entry into systems.
5. Building and maintaining supplier relationships, understanding products and industry developments.
6. Coordinating workload and proactively resolving queries.
7. Engaging with procurement specialists and account managers.
8. Managing offer entry, assessment, evaluation, and validation prior to client acceptance.
9. Communicating regularly with suppliers, peers, and clients to resolve queries and escalate complex issues.
10. Ensuring accurate data entry in systems according to processes and requirements.
11. Providing regular updates to the procurement management team, including MI reporting.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Fusion.
3. Good knowledge or experience in the energy supply industry.
4. Ability to tender, negotiate, and accept supply agreements.
5. Proactive problem-solving skills for client/supplier queries.
6. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
7. Effective organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
9. Ability to plan effectively and meet deadlines.
10. Attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
