Searcys have an incredible new venue opening in one of London's most iconic, historical spaces this year and are looking for a Commis Waiter / Waitress to join the team.
We are looking for a dedicated commis Waiter / Waitress to assist the floor managers in the day to day running of the Restaurant. As a Searcys commis Waiter / Waitress you will be required to support the floor team, understanding and delivering all guests requirements and offering seamless service, food and drink.
The role will be based in the newly refurbished Sainsburys wing at The National Gallery, and Searcys are proud to be working in collaboration with the World Famous, Michelin starred Chef Georgio Locatelli on this project.

Job Description
Salary: £16,35 per hour including Tronc.
Working 5 days over 7
Gallery opening hours are 10-6 excluding Fridays that will be 10-9.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service to our guests
* To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
* Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
* Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
* Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
* Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
