Key Responsibilities
HR Administration – Drafting contracts and employment documents, maintaining HR records, and managing HR inbox queries.
Recruitment Support – Coordinating recruitment processes, liaising with agencies, and supporting graduate recruitment schemes.
Employee Lifecycle Management – Handling onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, training requests, and offboarding processes.
Employee Relations – Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and assisting with employee relations cases.
