We offer both online and classroom opportunities for assessment. As SEND Assessor, you will assess for access arrangements for exams and offer advise on supportive strategies to both learner and tutor ensuring learners have a quality learning experience with us and have the best opportunity in achieving success. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post. About You To apply for this post, you must have: Level 7 SEND qualification Level 5 teaching qualification Experience providing SENCO assessments Experience supporting others moderating work/quality control Knowledge of a wide range of resources to enhance the support of teaching and learning for adults with additional needs Knowledge of relevant current legislation and codes of practice with regard to SEND assessments Experience of working with adult learners and an understanding of the barriers to learning they may face Good ICT skills We also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.
