We are a commercial organisation who generate leads and prospects from multiple clients including DNO’s for work either owned and operated by a DNO or Private Commercial, NHS, Airports and large manufacturing customers operating in a commercial environment.
Our Role
The Key Account Managers are responsible for driving sales, in their associated sector, to achieve the company sales target and growth strategy.
There are 3 Key sectors of focus we are looking to expand on and if you have an impressive record of working in any of the following sectors we would love to hear from you:
1. Manufacturing and Industrial
2. Healthcare/ Higher Education/ Local Government
3. Generation & Development – BESS / Hydrogen / Solar / Behind the Meter (BtM)
In the role you will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline and managing a portfolio of c.£30m+. Building robust strategic relationships with key stakeholders, you will identify and secure new sales opportunities both with existing and new customers, managing the whole of the sales cycle.
To be successful in this role, the individual will be results driven and tenacious, with the ability to build strategic relationships quickly and network with key stakeholders, promoting Company solutions. They will be responsible for owning key accounts, understanding customer needs, ensuring these are successfully met and managing any customer challenges to a successful resolution. This will also include leading negotiations at the C-level with Large Commercial Clients, Utilities, Investors and Developers and managing tender processes.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a key account manager; developing and maintaining a portfolio of c. £30m+ in one of the above sectors; with a key understanding of energy and operational needs, enabling the origination of solutions for customers.
Educated to degree level and/or HNC in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience of successfully achieving Company targets, tenacious and results driven.
