Make a difference every day Job Description You Role: We are a seeking an enthusiastic Treasury Support Analyst to join our Global Trade and Custody Management team & Support internal and external team for Term Deposits, Repos and FX. What we are looking for: Support all post execution processes associated with all treasury instrument types. Including but not limited to the following instruments: FX (spot). FX (forward contracts, deliverable, non-deliverable and synthetic). Repo’s, and Money Market’s, this also includes working with Onboarding for new accounts and brokers Monitor all systems associated with current process flows. Identify, investigate, and resolve any exceptions identified in a timely manner. Respond to email / telephone enquiries and reconciliation queries; taking full ownership to ensure that all enquiries are actioned on day of receipt (resolution or acknowledgement). To be able to act on own initiatives and be able to organize workloads to meet tight deadlines Serve as a mentor to tier I Analysts and support and cover the Senior Analyst. To build relationships with internal and external Business partners, giving them confidence to approach with all levels of queries or questions. Ensure all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles. What you can bring: Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills necessary to maintain relationships and interact effectively with a variety of individuals across different business functions including at senior levels. Excellent communication skills, open minded and flexible. A good understanding of accounting and financial principles as they apply to foreign exchange products to provide support to Treasury Support team and other business functions/partners is required. Able to work independently, analyse and solve issues in a timely manner. Ability to organise workloads, work independently and meet tight deadlines. Awareness of technology applications and software, to support growing trading complexity and automation efficiencies. Able to cooperate in a team environment and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. Previous experience within Foreign Exchange products area in an Investment Management Company or similar environment, with experience of all elements of FX processing and products, including spots, forwards, non-deliverable forwards and synthetic NDF’s. Good knowledge of global financial markets. Must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of other financial products and instruments.
