My client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused 1st Line Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and troubleshooting steps. Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for common support issues. Provide support for software installations, configurations, and updates. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.Requirements: Proven experience as a 1st Line Support Engineer or in a similar role.
