The Plymouth Cancer Champions Project is a 3-year project, funded by Macmillan Cancer Support. The project is hosted by Zebra Collective in close collaboration with Age UK Plymouth and the Wolseley Trust Social Prescribing team.
The project will explore community-based approaches to supporting people whose cancer outcomes and experiences are known to be the worst because of the unacceptable barriers they face (such as those living in low-income areas, being over 65 or living in a minoritised community etc).
