Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Carlisle
Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
Type: Temp-to-Perm (Immediate start)
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work in an office-based role for one of our clients in the Carlisle area. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position with a variety of responsibilities, including:
Administrative duties: Basic admin work using Excel and internal applications.
Customer service: Handling customer inquiries over the phone and in person at the reception.
Courier management: Dealing with couriers and logistics.
Key Requirements:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic administrative tasks.
-Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, from customer service to office-based duties.
-Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM).
Compliance Requirements:
-5 years of work history with no gaps (required for vetting checks).
-DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
-Proof of address.
-Valid ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Rate of Pay:
£12.25 per hour.
