Full-Time | £12 per hour | £55 per Sleep-In
You will be working 36 hours per week over 4 days with shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM, alternate weekends, one sleep-in per week, and rotas confirmed 3 weeks in advance, subject to staffing needs.

Active Pathways is currently seeking dedicated Days Only Support Workers to join Park Place, our Supported Living Service (Adults 18+) in Seacroft, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of the residents within their care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support service users in achieving their life goals, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
* Develop, implement, and maintain person-centered support plans tailored to individual needs.
* Handle challenging behavior with professionalism, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills.
* Administer medication in accordance with guidelines, ensuring compliance and safety.
* Provide care and support during lone working shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents.
* Build and sustain trusting relationships, offering guidance and support to help residents lead full, happy, and healthy lives.
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting.
* Familiarity with support plans and medication administration.
* Strong understanding of challenging behaviors and how to handle them effectively.
* Ability to work independently, showing resilience and initiative, especially in lone working scenarios.
* A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
* Committed to delivering person-centered, high-quality care.
