Job Overview
We are looking for a marketing expert to be work for one of our cleints. This individual will guide the company’s marketing ensuring that every channel and brand is fully optimised, offering the best user experience. This data driven marketeer will know their PPC from their SEO ensuring that they’re getting the maximum CTR and ensuring the best ROI for the company.
What we need you to do
- Work with the department lead to develop and deliver a digital strategy that aligns with the business’s goals
- Use your skills as a marketeer to promote our products, events and enhance the customer experience with our brands
- Manage, monitor and adjust PPC campaigns (Google and Meta)
- Maximise website lead generation
- Analyse analytical data to adapt campaigns and gain the best ROI
- Manage our websites via CMS ensuring that content is up to date and customer experience is optimised
- Generation of new content, relevant news articles, blog posts etc.
- Update product configurators
- Using digital email platforms to communicate to our stakeholders (Brevo, Hubspot, Mailchimp etc.)
- Ensure our brands perform strongly on digital platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn etc.) by ensuring new content is created and delivered, fully optimised for SEO on each channel.
- Ensure our audience is engaged and consistently growing.
- Provide digital performance measurement using Google Analytics, SEMRush and other platforms to provide insights and suggestions how to maximise marketing efforts
- Analyse historic data to influence decision making.
- Produce targeted website landing pages.
- Strong collaboration with our Creative specialist
- Consumer reviews management – Google, FB, Trustpilot
- Attend and assist UK & EU trade events & exhibitions
- Continue to develop our brands by conducting market research, identifying trends within the leisure sector to help us deliver the best products and service for our stakeholders
Skills you must have
· Experience delivering engaging B2B and B2C campaigns
· Experience delivering marketing content multiple brands
· Experience with lead generation and CRM
· Inside out knowledge of PPC platforms (GA, Meta)
· A master of social platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn)
· Knowledge of Wordpress
· Able to manage multiple projects at one time
· Excellent written communication skills
· Clean Driving licence
· Ability to travel to assist with UK & DE exhibitions & retailers (sometimes at the weekend)
· A passion for data with high attention to detail
· Analysis of data and informed decision making
Skills that we’d like you to have
- Web development knowledge (html, php, css)
- Knowledge & passion for camping, caravanning and the outdoors
What we will give you in return
· Salary depending on experience between £30,000-£45,000
· Companywide performance-based bonus scheme
· Fulltime (permanent) - 35-40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
· 20 days of holiday, plus bank holidays time in lieu if weekend work is required and additional holiday for length of service
· Additional days holiday for each year your work for the company (up to 5)
