Job Description
Wood Group is looking for an Administrator to support the SAGE Gas Terminal at ST Fergus, Peterhead. This is a part-time, permanent position, working 22.5 hours weekly (0.6 pro-rated FTE).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide administrative support primarily to the site management team.
* Record and file maintenance and operations documents, perform data entry, timesheet processing and telephone reception.
* Requires an understanding of the content of the management teams' jobs and method of operation as well as knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.
* Organises and maintains files of management teams' correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending matters.
* Organises company sponsored events
* Focal point for management of annual charitable donations made by the company
* Acts as receptionist for the management team, screening correspondence and telephone calls.
* Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings.
* Prints, organises and prepares information for meetings.
* Prepares routine letters and memoranda for manager's review.
* Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action.
* Support in collecting information and data for reporting.
* Populates templates and creates documents.
* General office housekeeping activities as required.
* Create and / or revise purchase requisitions

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
Knowledge, skills and experience:
* Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Detail oriented with meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise to tight and moving deadlines
