These are the products of the hair‐obsessed. The Oribe EMEA PR Manager will guide all PR and consumer engagement activities across the EMEA region through cluster-based agencies.. This includes both consumer and trade media publications. You will manage press, influencer, and editorial stylist programmes to drive awareness, engagement, and brand equity. This role reports to the Associate Director Oribe EMEA and requires collaboration with cross-functional departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead a 360-degree communications programme, including all press, influencer, and editorial stylist activities across the EMEA markets, such as events, paid partnerships, seeding campaigns, brand storytelling, and thought leadership. You will act as the internal liaison and provide support across all cross-functional departments on PR-related initiatives. Manage and direct PR agencies in each cluster to ensure they effectively execute the PR strategy and meet key KPIs. You will handle retainer and SOW management, as well as ensure markets are supported with press send-outs, NPD activation, and regional-level engagement. Serve as the main point of contact between global and local market teams, leading weekly calls to cultivate and build strong relationships. Oversee all hair industry, trade press ad buys, and editorial opportunities to maintain the brand's prestigious position in the professional segment, collaborating with markets and clusters. Manage the development of local budgets within the region, ensuring compelling campaigns and key programmes are executed to achieve KPIs through activations. Cultivate a close and highly productive relationship with the Global communications team, ensuring that the global vision is well represented in the region and that the unique characteristics of each EMEA market are considered in the overall strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications or related field. 10 years of experience in strategic communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to engage and influence. Motivated, able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively. Navigate cultural variations across the EMEA region, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability in different markets. Strong attention to detail in execution, particularly in building globally aligned brand equity across multiple channels.
