The Role
As Registered Manager, you will:
Lead a team of dedicated carers, supervisors, and coordinators.
Ensure CQC compliance and readiness for inspection.
Drive service quality and operational excellence.
Cultivate community links with local authorities, the NHS, and private families.
Play a key part in shaping future tech development to make the platform even better for both staff and clients.
Lead by example and support your team’s ongoing growth and development.
Who We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
A passion for both high-quality care and service innovation.
Strong leadership, with a hands-on, people-first approach.
Commercially aware and growth-minded.
Tech-curious — comfortable giving feedback on tools that streamline care delivery.
A genuine team player with a desire to build, challenge, and make a difference.
