Each and every staff member plays a key part in delivering the success of our learners’ experience, and we want those who join our curriculum and support teams to share our passion in achieving this.We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Equine Groom to join our dedicated yard team based at our Hadlow campus in Kent.Reporting to the Equine Yard & Events Manager, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience of equine yard operations, working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to maintain exceptional standards of horse husbandry and welfare. In addition to holding a minimum of Level 3 qualification in a related area alongside a recognised BHS qualification.This role offers a great opportunity to work with Equine students and support them on their academic and industry journey, whilst training and riding horses daily as part of their duties.In return, candidates can look forward to excellent benefits, such as 33 days’ annual leave (including Christmas / New Year break) plus bank holidays (full time equivalent) and enrolment onto the Local Government Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance.
