We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Administrator - Safeguarding and Student Services. The role will be worked over 40 weeks per year, the pro rata salary £20,464.94 per annum. Duties:
* Provide a full range of administrative support to the Safeguarding and Student Services teams to enable the service to provide excellent and timely support for all students.
* Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from learners, parents, outside agencies and College staff, referring on to appropriate specialist staff in accordance with college procedures.
* To support and provide an administrative service for student safeguarding files upholding confidentiality at all times.
Skills/Experience:
* Working successfully with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
* Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
* Well organised with excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
Qualifications:
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
* Administrative qualification or equivalent experience.
