Responsibilities:
1. Perform stated NDT methods and detail findings to written manual requirements.
2. Carry out NDT maintenance and calibration checks I.A.W NDT procedures and record in check log.
3. Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, health and safety procedures, quality procedures, manufacturers and customer specifications, and industry regulations.
4. Carry out any housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
5. Actively engage in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the department.
6. Adhere to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and all associated Business Manuals.
7. Carry out any other reasonable duties within the capability of the job holder as requested by management.

1. Responsible individual who can build a relationship with customers and suppliers. Requires full co-operation across and within other business departments.
Job Requirements
Essential:
1. Team worker with the ability to fully interact with other team members.
2. Ability to manage priorities in a busy working environment and follow a given production schedule.
3. Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
4. Pass an NDT inspection-based eye test.
Desirable:
1. Proficient use of NAVIXA ERP system.
2. Basic use of measuring instruments.
3. Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education and Training: Essential:
1. Accomplish a minimum standard of Level 2 EN1479 MPI & FPI.
2. Ability to pass specific practical exams on each required NDT discipline.
3. Ability to read, write, and carry out basic calculations.
4. Ability to use all NDT testing and maintenance equipment safely.
Desirable:
1. Level 2 Ultrasonic and Eddy Current.
2. Knowledge of castings and forging processes.
3. Aviation background in engines and airframes.
