An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Statutory Compliance Team Leader to join our Facilities Management Service.
Required to directly manage the compliance team, performance of the Hard FM contracts, SLA’s and processes to achieve and monitor statutory compliance and H&S standards. Ensuring processes are appropriate and adhered to, achieving compliance with health and safety legislation across all of our buildings and assets, including the foreshore. Achieving delivery of corporate and service level targets, including contracts and budget management. Monitoring systems and performance across the organisation.
