Business Change Lead - Treasury Business Change Lead - Treasury The location of the role is London (hybrid working). The duration of the contract is 5 months. The pay rate on offer is £700 - £740 per day (via Umbrella). Industry: Consumer Healthcare Role Summary The role objective is to enable initiatives to realise their intended value by defining and executing interventions to increase and maximise adoption at pace. These roles focus on the human side of change, which is about preparing, and equipping our colleagues to adopt and adapt to changes in job roles, organisation structures, business processes, systems and technology, and more. How the Engagement, Communication and Change team is structured A lean central team will define the change, communication & training strategy, guardrails, and maintain oversight of the holistic change landscape across the collection of initiatives. This team will also be responsible for overarching storytelling, communication, and engagement activity. Value streams will be supported by embedded change managers who will define and execute the change interventions (actions) required to drive adoption and embed of the change across the business. Value Stream Change Managers will report into the Value Stream Leads and have a dotted line into the Head of Engagement, Communication & Change who will provide oversight, subject matter advisory, and enable resolution of challenges / blockers at pace. Key accountabilities of the role Coach Value Stream Leaders and deployment Leaders in all aspects relating to change, communication, engagement, and training. Co-create and maintain the change impact assessment(s) and change readiness assessment(s) for in-flight initiatives with the initiative delivery team(s). Develop and execute a change intervention (action) plan to bring stakeholders on the journey and support longer-term embed of the change. Create and support delivery of actionable deliverables that drive adoption of the change (deliverables span communication, engagement, and training). Define success metrics and assess change effectiveness and readiness for initiatives in their scope. Identify, document and support mitigation of change risks related to initiatives within their area of focus. Input into the business readiness activities (e.g. Go/No Go decisions) as required. Collaborate, as required, with the central engagement, communication and change team to enable effective oversight of the holistic change landscape and storytelling across the collection of initiatives. Key skills and experience Finance transformation experience preferred, Treasury transformation experience a bonus Ideally experience across multiple Change elements – people, policy, process, technology Global change experience preferred – North America experience a bonus Solid understanding of how people experience change, and the change process, including drivers of change resistance/barriers to adoption. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills. Strong problem solving, root cause identification, and planning skills with the ability to think big picture as well as hold the detail. Ability to rapidly establish and maintain strong relationships at various levels of the organisation. Ability to influence others to drive progress toward a common vision or goal. Able to consider different perspectives and use these to inform recommendations. Adaptable mindset with a strong ability to work through ambiguity and prioritise and adapt delivery approach in a changing environment. Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
