About the role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Provide administrative and general office support, including answering telephones, distribution of information, post, stock-taking of PPE and Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment, etc.
* Work with the service delivery manager and team leads to learn about the TEC.
* Take and process new assessments for clients.
* Schedule the Technicians' diaries with appointments.
* Liaise with our new Contracts; Council colleagues, customers, their families, and third-party community services such as GPs, nurses, social workers, and voluntary groups.
* Assist with promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
* Assist with the set-up of new client equipment and process returned equipment.
* Manage stock in/out of the office.
* Handle client information in a sensitive and confidential manner.
* Observe and comply with Company procedures and policies including Financial Regulations, Equality and Diversity, and positively implement the Company’s customer care and complaints policy.

* Deliver a service with empathy and care.
* Ability to manage own workload and work unsupervised.
