We are a large, forward thinking practice providing high quality care for over 19,000 patients. We are seeking a Call Handler to join our friendly and motivated patient services team.
If you enjoy working in a busy environment and have proven experience in a customer service/call centre role you may be the person we are looking for to join our team.
Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills are required. The team handle a high volume of patient enquiries on the phone. Confidentiality is key to the role which requires honesty, discretion, and a flexible and adaptable approach.
A good standard of IT literacy is required together with attention to detail.
A full induction programme and on-going training will be provided.
Hourly rate £11.44. Benefits include membership to the NHS Pension Scheme.
We are seeking both morning and afternoon cover (4 hour shift pattern) between the core hours of 08.30 to 18.30 Monday to Friday. As a member of the patient services team, flexibility is required to cover these shifts.
