For: Administration Coordinator
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting an Administration Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Chesterfield.
Duties:
1. Reviewing plans received from clients or via client appointed contractors, marking up plans to reflect the client specification requirements. (All training will be provided.)
2. Generation of report detailing all equipment and costs using SAP.
3. Issuing quotations to clients, where applicable.
4. Setting key tasks/dates in the management system and monitoring to ensure delivery of service as per client requirements.
5. Where key dates are known, monitoring and chasing orders based on timelines.
6. Updating details as and when required due to change of product, revised plans or information provided by Sales.
7. Ensuring key dates are kept under review and if dates change as notified by the client/contractors etc., that the system is updated to reflect this.
8. Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to clarify requirements/update them regarding progress or issues identified following site attendance including any requests for uplifts on works already quoted.
9. Issuing of OEM documentation as requested by clients from time to time.
10. Production and generation of all appropriate documentation associated with the projects.
11. Providing a high standard of client service and management of all allocated client projects.
12. Adherence to the company ISO procedures.
13. Any other duties requested by your line manager.
The ideal candidate for the Administration Coordinator role will have:
1. Proven record of meeting deadlines.
2. The ability to multi-task and deal with several projects at various stages at any one time.
3. The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
4. Professional attitude and approach to work/tasks.
5. Excellent team player, but also able to work on your own as and when required.
6. Understanding of basic Excel, Word, Adobe.
7. The ability to problem solve.
8. A positive and proactive approach.
9. A flexible approach to work and not phased by changes.
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000
