* Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
* Assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
* Researching the community and introducing clients to third-party sectors to increase social skills, confidence, and independence.
* Attending meetings with professionals to discuss progress and develop strategies for further independence.
