An inclusive and forward-thinking infant school in Southport is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support its Reception and Nursery provision. The school is well-known locally for its warm, community feel, strong leadership, and commitment to early years development. Children are encouraged to explore, discover and grow through a rich, play-based curriculum, both indoors and out.
The successful candidate will work as part of a skilled team, supporting children’s learning and personal development through well-planned activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (essential)
* Recent, relevant experience in an EYFS classroom
* A patient, nurturing and proactive approach to supporting young children
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and EYFS standards
