We are currently recruiting for members of our security team in a busy seafront location.
As a member of our Security team, you'll ensure the safety of our customers, staff, buildings, and assets. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.
It's a diverse role that includes greeting visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols, patrolling the premises, and dealing with security incidents. You'll ensure visitors and staff are in a safe environment by de-escalating situations in a firm but respectful manner. You will need to deal with a wide range of challenges which will require you to combine your customer service skills with your security knowledge. You will need to ensure that our visitors and staff feel safe and secure at all times on their visit to our venues.
Good communication is vital, together with teamwork and a fair approach to resolving any problems that may occur. Whether working in one of our licensed venues, patrolling the grounds, or giving a warm welcome at the front of our venues, the purpose of the role remains the same: our guests' and team's safety is your priority.
Minimum Requirements:
* Aged 18 or over
* Confident communicator
* Team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service
* Security experience (1 year required)
* SIA licence (required)
* First Aid Certification (preferred)
* Driving Licence (preferred)
