Job summary Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse 37.5 hours per week £35,957 per annum At Heatherstones we support adults with learning disabilities, complex health needs and physical disabilities. We also support clients with their palliative care needs. The service is a single storey 8 bedded unit based in Halifax. Your duties include supporting the management team to ensure all clients at Heatherstones are supported to have the best person-centred care and relatives are actively involved in their care. You and the team will be responsible for providing the highest standards of care to ensure that their daily activities and health care needs are effectively met. Multidisciplinary teams are actively involved in ensuring that our clients are supported with best clinical health practices including social care that is evidence based. The team is close knit, and we all work together to make the working environment fun, educational for staff and continuously focussed on the clients and their needs.
