Year 3 Teacher – QTS
Location: Windsor | Start Date: January | Hours: 4 days, Temporary
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated and qualified Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming First School in Windsor. The role would be 4 days per week starting from January until the end of the academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to work with a class of up to 30 pupils, including some with additional Special Educational Needs (SEN) support requirements.
Role Overview:
Teaching and Planning: Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all pupils.
SEN Support: Adapt teaching strategies to support children with SEN, ensuring inclusivity and progression.
Classroom Management: Foster a positive and structured learning environment that encourages participation and good behaviour.
Assessment and Feedback: Monitor pupil progress through regular assessment, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and other staff to support each pupil’s educational journey.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
Experience in Key Stage 2: Prior experience teaching Year 3 or similar is preferred.
SEN Experience: Knowledge or experience working with pupils with SEN is desirable.
Passion and Commitment: A dedicated educator with a passion for helping all pupils achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
