Job Title: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA) Location: Leeds, United Kingdom Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 - depending on level of experience Company Overview: We are working with a dynamic and fast-paced company based in Leeds, seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide dedicated support to our CEO, CFO, and Directors. In addition to executive-level assistance, this role will offer general office support to the wider business, playing a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO, CFO, and Directors. Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team. Prepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action points for follow-up. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist executives with personal tasks, appointments, and travel arrangements as required. Provide ad hoc support to the executive team in personal or business matters as needed. Manage the office environment, ensuring it runs smoothly, including managing office supplies and equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and external vendors. Organise company-wide events, meetings, and team-building activities. Liaise with external service providers for office maintenance, IT, and facilities management. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an EA/PA supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
