I am a 5-year-old girl with complex health needs, living at home with my Mother and Sister. I am a young girl who loves going to school and spending time with my family. As I have additional health needs, I need support at all times to keep me safe. I rely on my equipment, my family and carer to support me to mobilise in my home environment and community.
We are currently recruiting for a Night Personal Assistant who can support me with my care needs during the night in the family home. You will be required to support with day-to-day living, including supporting with all aspects of personal care and clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will be calm, devoted and able to think on your feet. You will need to be part of my team, taking the lead from my Mum.
Experience of working with children would be advantageous. Full training will be provided to meet my needs.
Hours Available: 20 Hours per week – (9pm-7am), 2 nights per week
Rate of Pay: £11.50 per hour
Flexibility: Additional hours to cover holidays and sickness as required
Training: An excellent training package is available to ensure you are trained to the highest standards. Working as part of the Solo Support Services organisation will also give you access to a supportive company who promote person centered practice. There is also an option of funding for staff to complete health and social care level 2 or 3 qualifications.
