Role overview
As our Supplier Performance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our technology partners and suppliers are delivering outstanding performance. You'll collaborate with internal Business Owners on future strategy, commercial and performance requirements, while ensuring alignment with SRM governance frameworks. You'll manage supplier engagement in relation to contractual obligations, governance and performance improvement.
Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in:
* Day to day supplier relationship management, including chairing service review and performance management meetings to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
* Tracking, reporting and managing supplier performance to maintain high service standards, as well as monitoring and forecasting supplier spend while identifying cost reduction opportunities
* Managing risk and change effectively across our technical partnerships, ensuring all risks are controlled and updated in the risk management platform
* Ensuring effective supplier management to improve supplier performance, aligning with business goals, and enhancing decision making based on supplier performance data
* Supporting partners to continuously strive to improve delivery, service and efficiency through improvement initiatives whilst driving down costs
* Working closely with our Procurement team when necessary to onboard new suppliers, leading a smooth transition to go live
Essential skills we would love you to have:
* Experience of working with/managing strategic and critical technical suppliers
* Excellent stakeholder management and a real team player, with strong commercial acumen and financial oversight abilities
* Ability to understand business challenges and to think more broadly about the problems, and able to understand conflicting priorities and work to find solutions for key stakeholders

* Recruiter screening call
* Initial interview with hiring leader (1 hour via Microsoft Teams)
* 2nd interview with hiring leader's leader (1 hour via Microsoft Teams)
