Job Description As Electrician, you will be responsible for providing electrical and building services engineering maintenance, ensuring reliability across the client’s site(s). Key responsibilities include electrical bias fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation. Key Responsibilities Responsible for electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set timeframes to exceed customer expectations. Responsible for other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks. Provide callout response for the client as detailed in the callout rota. Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship, ensuring standards are met, and issuing Permits to Work. Ensure all electrical equipment operates to specified performance criteria. Maintain equipment and surrounding areas to agreed company standards. Deliver a professional service and represent the company in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction. Evaluate performance to ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract. Take a proactive approach to client liaison, addressing concerns or escalating them to management as needed. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Extensive experience in electrical building services maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance, installation, and inspection/testing. Proven track record in reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) within building services. Experience working in FM or building services within commercial properties. Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements. Qualified with City & Guilds certifications: 2365, 2357 Level 3 and NVQ 2356 AM2 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation and NVQ 2356 AM2 236/2360 in Electrical Installations (Part 1 & 2) 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2018), preferably with A2 Amendment.
