ABOUT US:
Two Left Feet, Bar & Kitchen is Hallgate Hospitality's flagship venue in the heart of Haigh Woodland Park, an area currently undergoing a £90m development program. We are also home to "Haigh Foodie Fridays", a monthly street-food and music festival in our Grade-II listed courtyard, with over 6k guests per event.
Our Pizzetta serves personal sized Neopolitan style pizzas, using high quality ingredients from Italy, and proudly support local businesses & butchers. We have built a solid reputation for providing excellent quality products, a loyal customer base, and have been recently named one of the Top-5 places to eat in Wigan [Lancashire Life, November ‘24].

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year's kitchen experience [extensive pizza making essential]
2. Experience with hand-stretching dough [long-leavened, or sourdough]
3. Experience using an electric pizza oven
4. Able to work under pressure, in a busy/fast-paced environment
5. Able to work with our well-established, and friendly team
6. Comply with EHO and HACCP regulation[s]
