This role will require extensive travel across the Midlands and could involve nights away from home. A full UK driving licence is a requirement.
Witherslack Group are looking for a Regional Property Manager to work across our sites in the Midlands.
You will be part of a small team that works across our large and diverse property portfolio of schools and children’s homes. You’ll get to be involved in all aspects of property management, making sure our properties are well maintained and compliant, and managing projects from start to finish!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Regional Property Manager to join our growing team!
You’ll be client-focused and have the ability to advise and offer support. Your knowledge of property management, construction, structure, and other property and health and safety legislation is key to making sure our buildings are safe for our young people. You’ll be liaising with our operations teams, stakeholders, as well as an extensive network of contractors, so being a people person is essential.
This is a rare opportunity to work within a small team of property professionals, for a market-leading company, supporting an operational team dedicated to providing the best outcomes for young people.
You’ll be responsible for undertaking property surveys, reporting on defects, and ensuring an appropriate solution is put in place. Alongside the day-to-day, you’ll be leading on projects of all sizes, managing contractors, and making sure that the budget is on the right track.
