Job Description: Recruitment Administrator/Researcher to work directly with Senior Consultants and Partners on C-level search projects, requiring research and analytical skills, excellent communication, and administrative abilities.
* Research and analyze data to identify suitable candidates and clients.
* Liaise with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria and arrange interviews.
* Source new candidates through networking, research, and databases.
* Manage administration, documentation, and reporting related to searches.
* Keep up-to-date with market developments and identify client opportunities.
* Research and analytically capable with the ability to work accurately and effectively.
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
* High motivation, ambition, people skills, and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
