The successful candidate will support the PMO in day-to-day activities and look to the future by standardising project management processes, improving project performance, and ensuring project alignment with the organisations strategic goals. This role includes overseeing project documentation, tracking project metrics, and providing administrative and technical support to project teams. You will be actively supporting a cross functional teams as well as defining companywide project management process. Key Responsibilities - Administer Project Tools: Manage project management tools and software, ensuring data accuracy and provide user training and support. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance across the business, providing key metrics to senior management and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. - Design and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards, processes, and templates to ensure consistent project delivery across the organization. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the right system for the right job is chosen. - Continuous Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to PMO processes and practices to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness. - Quality Assurance: Collaborate with our Quality department and project management teams, ensure the right processes are in place to streamline the project lifecycle and enhance quality assurance. Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards, conducting regular quality checks and audits across projects. - Risk Management: Create and implement systems to identify potential project risks and issues, assisting in the development of effective mitigation strategies. - Engage with Cross-Functional Teams: Actively support product development custom projects teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
